Terms of service for Master Skill Training


Welcome to masterskilltraining.com (the “website”) an online platform operated by Infinitus Mart LLP, Mumbai, India, (hereafter “us” “we” “our” or “Infinitus”) connecting students with tutors who provide online and offline tutoring to students worldwide in subjects such as music, cooking, personality development, utility skills, education, Business and other life and life-style enhancing skills. The term “you” or “user” refers to you (a registered student, customer, visitor, or any visitor of the platform). The website, the app, and any other online/offline platform where information is collected by the us shall be collectively referred to as “platforms”.


Please read these terms of service and our privacy policy before using master skill training’s services. These terms of service set out the terms and conditions that apply when you use our services. You are required to agree to all the terms and conditions, and if you do not agree, please do not use our services.


Our privacy policy describes how we collect, store, use, and disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when providing our services to you, and your rights and choices concerning your information. When you use our services, you acknowledge that our privacy policy applies. If you do not want master skill training to collect, store, use, or share your information in the ways described in our privacy policy, please do not use our services.


The application you have downloaded or browsing being done by you via the webpage is a comprehensive tool for online and offline tutoring to students worldwide by master skill training. By downloading the mobile app or browsing the webpage, you are required to accept the terms and conditions by clicking on “I Accept” checkbox. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may delete the app delete from your mobile device or stop browsing the webpage.


1.Acceptance of terms of use


This agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of our services, whether or not you register as a “student”. This agreement includes our privacy policy, student policies, our billing policies and any further terms of use for our services, which are all incorporated herein by reference. This agreement may be modified by us from time to time (and we will post a message that we have changed it, for 14 days on our main page ), such modifications to be effective when provided in writing or upon posting within our services. Certain parts of our services may have different terms and conditions posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between this agreement and terms and conditions posted for a specific area of or within our services, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that specific service, but this agreement shall still apply to our legal relationship.




Master skill training does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.


By using our services, you represent and warrant to us that you are either a legal adult or, if under the age of majority, have obtained proper consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.




  1. Account - means an account you create when you access the services.

  2. App – the “Master Skill Training” app downloaded or being browsed through the website.

  3. License – the revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted to users of the mobile app or webpage.

  4. Platform – means the mobile app and also the website for accessing and using our services

  5. Services – live and recorded lectures, presentations, doubt clearing sessions provided by the tutor to the student.

  6. Software owners – master skill training is the owner of the software including the mobile app and the webpage.

  7. Student: any person who has registered with the us for learning a specific skill(s) as advertised on the our website or application.

  8. Terms of service – means these terms of service.

  9. Tutor: the party having entered into tutor agreement with us for providing services to the students.

  10. Users – individuals visiting our website.


  1. Our approach


We provide a platform for online and offline tutoring to students worldwide in various subjects through live and recorded lectures by skilled tutors and other services ancillary thereto. Interested student first need to register from the website by providing the relevant details, thereafter student may book a course or lesson as desired. We reserve the right to make changes in courses/lessons/tutors. Tutor and student are solely responsible for all interactions, conversations, and any form of communication and behaviour between them.


  1. Registration


The person must be eighteen (18) years of age to register as a student. A person below 18 years of age can register as a student only with consent of the parents/legal guardian. As a student, you will have the ability to book and pay for lessons, manage your lesson schedule, communicate with us,. As a student you must continually comply with this agreement and the student policies set forth here.


You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete throughout your status as a student. A registered student may not have more than one active account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate student’s account and their access to our services for any reason.


6.General disclaimer.


We disclaim all, and assume no responsibility for, evaluating or verifying the accuracy, suitability, truthfulness or authenticity of any information contained within the listings or of any information posted or provided by tutor. We assume no responsibility for ensuring a student’s compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations or this agreement. We have not inspected the location where any instruction will be provided. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of our services.

Students are required to have a computer/appropriate computing devise and a sustained and reliable internet connection. We do not provide refunds for technical failures, power outages or unreliable internet connections beyond our control.

Our website may give you access to links to third-party websites ("third party sites"). We do not endorse any of these third-party sites and do not control them in any manner. Accordingly, we do not assume any liability associated with third party sites. You need to take appropriate steps to determine whether accessing a third party site is appropriate, and to protect your personal information and privacy on such third party site.

We cannot guarantee that each student is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of our website by persons under the age of majority in violation of this agreement. Also, it is possible that other visitors or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials using our website and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is remotely possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of our website, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose using our website. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the website or release to others using our website. We disclaim all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other visitors or users (including unauthorized users), whether such acts or omissions occur during the use of the website, our services or otherwise.




  1. Warranty disclaimer.


Our website, content, submitted content, courses, and any other materials made available on or through the use of our services are provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind and, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we hereby disclaim all such warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, freedom from errors, suitability of content, or availability.


8.Prohibitory activities:


While using our platform you agree not to:

a. Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or student from using our services, including, without limitation, by means of "hacking" or "cracking" or defacing any portion of our services.

b. Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

c. Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;

d. Transmit (a) any content, language, imagery, or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes on our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights; (b) any material, non-public information about companies without the authorization to do so; (c) any trade secret of any third party; or (d) any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us);

e. Create more than one profile;

f. Permit anyone else whose account or subscription was terminated, or who is not a student, to use our services through your subscription, username or password;

g. Engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes;

h. Transfer your account or user id to another party without our consent;

i. Be disruptive in any lesson or group instruction;

j. Solicit any tutor or user to work with or for another company for employment, independent contracting services, performances, or other service; or

k. Engage in any communication related to sexual conduct, nudity, or which expresses profanity.




Course and lesson fees are displayed on the website. There are no other hidden cost or fees. Fees for the course are subject to change at any time. Students are obligated to pay the fees as displayed on the website at the time of signing up for the course. Refunds are not provided for acts taken in violation of this agreement or for technical failures, power outages or unreliable internet connections beyond our control.




This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use our services and/or are a student. You may terminate your registration at any time, for any reason, by filling out a form available here. We may terminate your registration and/or subscription at any time through notice to your email address on file. If we terminate your registration because you have breached this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscribed course fees. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made in our sole discretion. After your registration or subscription is terminated, all terms that by their nature may survive termination of this agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination.




During the term of this agreement and for two years thereafter, no student shall, directly or indirectly, circumvent, initiate, solicit, negotiate, contract or enter into any transactions with tutor introduced by us through our platform, without our consent. In case of such circumvention, such student agrees and guarantees that such student will pay a legal monetary penalty that is equal to the commission or fee we would have realized in such transactions, had student not circumvented our rights under this agreement.


12.Account security


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You shall not disclose your password to any person and will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

13.Your interactions with tutors and other students and our limitation of liability


a. You are solely responsible for your interactions with tutors and other students. You understand that we may not have checked the background of tutors. We do not check the background of any students. We do not attempt to verify the qualification or statements of tutors. We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of students or tutors.


b. No student is obligated to meet offline with tutor. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with tutors and other students on our website. You understand that we make no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate experience with tutors and other students you meet through our platform. You do so at your own risk and at your own peril.


c. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third person for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, and/or incidental, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to any tutoring done by the tutor, or any act or omissions of you, we and/or its tutors, or anyone else in connection with the use of our services or the website, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users of our services or persons you meet through our services, or otherwise.


d. In case the student or the Tutor finds the interaction between them inappropriate, he should immediately terminate the interaction and inform us about it immediately, giving full details, by email.


14.Content within our services


a.Proprietary rights.

The website and our services contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of us, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

  1. Reliance on content, advice, etc.

Opinions, advice, statements, reviews, offers, or other information or content made available through our services, but not directly by us, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content.


15.Content posted by student


As a registered student, you may be able to post content (herein defined as uploading videos, photos, providing reviews of tutors, attendance in live classes online through our owned technology, and other forms of user contributions to the site or service). You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) using our platform, or transmit or display to other user. You will not post on the website, or transmit or display to other user, any defamatory, inaccurate, false, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). By posting contents using our platform, including attending any online class on our website, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us, our affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, record, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You further represent and warrant that public posting and use of your content by us will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.


16.Customer service


We may provide assistance and guidance through our customer care representatives. Telephone calls between you and our customer care representatives may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. If we feel that your behaviour towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your registration and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused course fees.


17.Changes to these terms


We reserve the right to change, alter or modify, the terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. New versions of the terms will be accessible at www.masterskilltraining.com. You are requested to regularly visit the site to see the updated terms and conditions.   If you continue to use the services after the changes are posted, you are agreeing that the changes apply to your continued use of the services.


18.Copyright policy


You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.


19.Privacy and communications


Use of our services is also governed by our privacy policy. When you become a registered student, you agree and consent to receive email messages from us. These emails may be transactional or relationship communications relating to our services, such as administrative notices and service announcements or changes, or study related, or emails containing commercial offers, promotions or special offers from us. Please see our privacy policy for more information regarding these communications.

20. Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, shall be through the same medium through which the payment was made by the student. The refund shall be credited to you within 7 to 10 working days from the time the refund has been issued.
Refund under the money back guarantee shall be given if the student is not satisfied after taking the first class of the subject that he has booked, and the student asks for a refund. Also this shall be valid if the student asks the company for a refund within 48 hours of taking the first class.  
Otherwise courses are not refundable, except in cases the Company cancels the course due to inability of the Company to provide the course.

21. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the course can be done only by the Company, in cases where the Company determines that it is not able to provide the course any longer. In such case the Company shall refund the proportionate amount of classes pending to be completed. Incase you wish to cancel your class under the money back guarantee scheme you my do so by calling our customer care number or filling up the form on https://www.masterskilltraining.com/money-back-guarantee. This request should be placed within 48 hours of completing your first class of that particular subject.

22. Applicable law and settlement of disputes: -

a. This agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with indian law, applicable to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein.


b. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, difference or claim arising out of or in relation to this agreement through mutual discussion. In case it is not resolved within thirty (30) days from receipt of the written notice (setting out the dispute or claim) by the other party, the complaining party may issue a notice of reference, invoking settlement of such dispute through arbitration.


c. All disputes and differences arising between the parties hereto, including any dispute or difference in regard to the interpretation of any provision or term or the meaning thereof, or in regard to any claim of one party against the other or in regard to the rights and obligations of any party or parties under this agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 and its amendments thereof absolutely and fully. The arbitrator in such situations will be solely appointed by the us and his decision/award regarding the matter in consideration will be final and binding on the parties. The place for arbitral proceedings will be at Mumbai, India. The arbitral proceedings shall be held in English language.


  1. Jurisdiction


All disputes between the parties shall be subject to jurisdiction of the hon'ble high court of judicature at Mumbai and subordinate court in Mumbai only.


  1. Indemnity


The users indemnify and keep indemnified us, our employees, harmless from and against all liabilities, legal expenses, damages, penalties, legal actions and other expenses in relation to any claims , actions, prosecutions, brought against any or each of them arising out of any breach by the user of any of the terms of use.


  1. Currency


We will default the sale currency to US dollars. The currency of any transaction will match the sale currency displayed to you through our services. You cannot change your displayed currency. Each foreign currency conversion is processed at a foreign currency conversion rates used by our credit card merchant providers. Currency conversion rates will vary from time to time. We may, in our sole discretion, round up or round down the sale price to the nearest whole functional base unit in which the sale currency is denominated (e.g. to the nearest dollar, euro or other supported currency). Some currencies are denominated in large numbers. In those cases, we may determine the functional base unit in which those currencies are denominated to be 10, 100 or 1,000 of the currency.


  1. Miscellaneous


If either party does not enforce any right or remedy available under this terms of service, that failure is not a waiver of the right or remedy for any other breach or failure by the other party. Our waiver of any requirement in any one instance is not a general waiver of that requirement and does not amend this term of service. If any part of this terms of service is held invalid or unenforceable, that part is interpreted consistent with applicable laws as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the rest of this terms of service remains in full force and effect. This terms of service, including the documents referenced herein, contains the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the website and/or our services. This terms of service is binding on the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.


  1. Entire agreement


These terms, and any other policies or rules we reference in these terms, make up the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter of these terms.
