Maria Felicia Pratticó is Italian and is her mother language, she has graduated in foreign languages and literature, translation curriculum. 
Merely 37 years old, living in Jamaica, she has a teaching experience of over 10 years. She has been awarded the teaching award "Elite 100 Instructor" in 2017 from PADI.
 
She holds a professional certification in business practices, MailChimp, professional image evaluation, social media best practices, TripAdvisor to promote business, customer service and sales, supervisory and managerial certificates.
 
A master of her language and a master in teaching it to others, Maria Felicia Pratticó’s interests and certification do not end at teaching, Maria Felicia Pratticó is also a Master scuba diving trainer for PADI since 2012 and an Emergency First Response Instructor since 2011.
